He would also marry Dorthy-Mary Hardinge, and they had children Walter James Hardinge and Douglas Maynard Hardinge. Arthur Hardinge died at age 87 years old on March 14, 2007 at Scarborough in Toronto, Toronto Division County, ON Canada.

He was a modest man of modest means , small in statue but huge in his presence, the things i witnessed him do with so little is truly amazing , he is an inspiration to all who had the blessing to have known him ,He is my rock , my hero . my father...!!!!!
