He married Amy Louisa Littlejohn, and had children Frank Benjamin Littlejohn, Charles Henry Littlejohn, Ernest James Littlejohn, and Robert Keith Littlejohn. Arthur Littlejohn died at age 73 years old on January 7, 1950 in Yarram Hospital, Wellington Shire County, VIC, and was buried on January 9, 1950 in Welshpool Cemetery, South Gippsland Shire County.
