Arthur Roff
I have an old studio photograph of Arthur ROFF which was taken at the E. G. Lacey Studio in Morristown, NJ. The photograph was taken in the 1880's or 1890's with Arthur appearing to be about 3 years old. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding Arthur and his family:
Arthur Mitchel or Mitchell ROFF was b. 19 Dec 1890 in Morristown, NJ to parents Austra or Oscar M. ROFF or REFF (b. 1860 or 1865) and Hannah E. LEONARD (1861-1954) who were married on 2 Mar 1889 in Morristown, NJ. Arthur had one sibling, a brother Russell Leonard ROFF (1895-1961). Arthur married Lillian May SIDMAN (1895-1979) and the couple had two children including a son, Donald A. ROFF (1912-1955) and a daughter Gloria ROFF (b. 1925). Arthur died 31 Dec 1981 in Morristown, NJ and is buried in the First Presbyterian Church Cemetery in New Vernon, NJ.
