    JACKSONVILLE — Barbara Ann Thompson, age 66, of Tyler, went to be with her Lord on July 2, 2013. She was born to Nelson Lee "Pete" and Pauline Thompson on Dec. 7, 1946. - Mrs. Thompson was a Southern Baptist and retired from East Texas Medical Center as an Administrative Assistant. - She is preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her daughter, Patricia A. Simmons and husband Brian of Mt. Vernon; sister, Deborah Hahnal and husband Carl of Duncanville; grandchildren, Sean McNevin, Charlotte Jarosinski and husband Jason, all of Ft. Lewis, Wash.; great-grandchildren, Gabriel McNevin of Paris, Rayna and Kaden Jarosinski, also of Ft. Lewis, Wash.; special friends, Patrick, Julie, and Tonya Bartton of Mixon; several nieces and nephews. See more at:
