Benjamin Turner Newbold 1867 - 1956

Benjamin Turner Newbold was born on September 28, 1867 in Linn Co County, KS to James William Newbold and Rachel Lodema (Neeley) Newbold, and had siblings James Franklin Newbold, Margaret Jane (Newbold) Travis, Charles D Newbold, and Wilber Dallas Newbold. He married Addie (Hicks) Newbold on March 24, 1892. They had children Glen Newbold and Elva Leone (Newbold) Stacher. He would also marry Gladys Katherine (Osborn) Newbold, and they had children Rodney H Newbold, Thomas B Newbold, Jack Newbold, and Norma (Newbold) Johnson. Benjamin Newbold died at age 89 years old on December 6, 1956 in La Plata City, La Plata County, CO, and was buried on December 8, 1956 at Greenmount Cemetery in Durango, La Plata Co County.
