He married Comfort Rodney on 22 Oct. 1801 in Sussex County Delaware. Francis and Comfort are the parents of my 3x Great Grandfather, William Rodney Newbold."

I have the record from Illinois Marriages, 1815-1935 and it does show Margaret J Neeley and James W Newbold were married 11 May 1862 in Crawford Co, ILL
I cannot find a legal record for Margaret ANN and James W Newbold.
I also have an original 1910 newspaper article on the death of James W Newbold. See the obituary area on this form on his record.
So I am not sure of parents on either of these women.
Cemetery record book in Parker Historical Society shows name as Rachel Lodena (Neeley). She has no stone at the cemetery.
Middle name has been seen as LODEMA
