Billy Ray West of Wills Point, Van Zandt County, Texas was born on October 15, 1968. He was married to Michelle L. (Weidman) West on June 1, 2004 in Parker County, TX and they separated on April 8, 2009 in Van zandt County, and died at age 42 years old on July 22, 2011. Billy West was buried at Dallas - Ft.
