    Published in The Rochester Sentinel Monday, October 11, 1971 Carrie Beery Mrs. Carrie BEERY, 85, R.R. 4, Rochester, died at 9:15 a.m. today in Woodlawn hospital. She had been ill since April. Born Oct. 28, 1885, in Stateline, Ind., she was the daughter of Arlaw and Ora [ALLISON TYLER]. Her marriage was June 27, 1907, in the Burton community, to Otto BEERY. He died in 1961. She had resided here 30 years, moving from Attica. She was a member of the Leiters Ford United Methodist church, the Leiters Rebekah lodge and the O.E.S. in Logansport. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Norman (Charlotte) HALL, R.R. 4, Rochester; a son, Wayne BEERY, R.R. 4, Rochester; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Miss Alta TYLER, Danville, Ill., and Mrs. Irma CLEMANS, Sacramento, Cal.; one brother, Arnett TYLER, Bismark, Ill. One daughter, a brother and two sisters preceded in death. Final rites will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Foster & Good funeral home. The Rev. Harold WELLER will officiate. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. cemetery here. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Tuesday. ----- Published in The Rochester Sentinel Tuesday, October 12, 1971 Carrie Beery Eastern Star Chapter 58 of Logansport will conduct memorial services at 8 o'clock tonight at the Foster & Good funeral home for Mrs. Carrie BEERY, 85, R.R. 4, Rochester, who died Monday morning.
