The daughter of John & Sarah (Ball) Miles and great granddaughter of my ancestors, CAPT. JOHN and ELIZABETH (HARRIMAN) MILES, and great, great granddaughter of JOHN HARRIMAN and ELIZABETH (SCOTT) HARRIMAN, she married Ens. Isaac Tyler, son of John & Abigail Tyler, on Nov. 22, 1732 in Wallingford by Mr. Whittlesey.
Isaac Tyler was the son of John and Abigail (Hall) Tyler. He married Susanna Miles daughter of John and Sarah (Ball) Miles on 27th Nov 1732 at Wallingford.
Children named in Isaac Tyler's 1797 Will were sons Isaac, Abraham, Amos, and Jacob and daughters Susannah Munson, Hannah Welton, Sarah Welton, and Eunice Hoadley. Isaac also had sons Enos and Miles Chauncey, however they were not mentioned in the Will.
Abigail (Chauncey) Hotchkiss Tyler was the daughter of Israel and Martha (Wakeman) Chauncey. Lent Hotchkiss was her 1st husband. They were married Wallingford, Connecticut December 29, 1750. Lent died April 7, 1759. Isaac Tyler was her 2nd husband. Isaac died April 12, 1801.

I acquired an antique photo album filled with cabinet card portraits and I'd love help identifying any of them!
This is the only one out of 29 that gave a clue who it might be. A newspaper clipping was pasted underneath it with the obituary of Mrs. Katharine Stark Tyler, wife of Rev. Charles Mellen Tyler.
The obituary reads, in part: "She was a distinguished musician and from 1885 to 1892 held the chair of music in Syracuse University. She held positions as soloist in All Souls' Church and in the Broadway Tabernacle in New York."
