Cecil Charles Ernest Mitting of Merbein, Mildura Rural City County, VIC Australia was born on April 9, 1889 in Groombridge, East Sussex County, England United Kingdom to Walter Oxley Mitting and Eliza Ann (Hollands) Mitting. He had a sister Mary Lydia Ruth (Mitting) Kane Mace. He married Hazel Alix (Comb) Mitting, and they were married until death separated them. He had children Hazel Cecelia Mitting, Robert William Mitting, Dawn Helen (Mitting) Fletcher McKinnon, and Alexander Mitting. Cecil Mitting died at age 84 years old on November 28, 1973 in Wentworth, Wentworth Shire Council County, NSW Australia, and was buried at Merbein Cemetery in Merbein, Mildura Rural City County, VIC.
