Charles Raymond Williams was born in 1865 in Bodmin, England United Kingdom to Jane Kellaway Williams and John Williams. He married Mary Louisa Magdalene (Middlemast) Williams in 1900 at Northumberland Terrace, in Tynemouth, Tyne and Wear County, and had children Edgar Raymond Williams and Hilda Muriel (Williams) Paterson. Charles Williams died at age 72 years old in 1937.
