Clearfield High School - Alumni Association (In Memory)
Our family was blesse on April 27, 1989 when Chelsea was sent from heven to join us here one earth. She is one of God's Angels send to live among us, to teach and lead us in our journey as she filled our lives with light and love. Chelsea is a vibrant spirit who loved life and lived it to its fullest. Chelsea had a love for learning which was evident in her schoolwork at Clearfield High and in the gospel of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, of which Chelsea is a member. She earned her Young Woman Medallion and knows she is a daughter of God who loves her. Her testimony is strong and her righteous desires are northing short of amazing. She has a great love for the Temple and knows of the lessons to be learned there. Her example will forever be embedded in our hearts. Chelsea loved dancing and worked hard to be the best dancer she could be. Chelsea also love Seminary, hanging out with her awesome friends, spending time with her family, girl's camp, and ice cream!
In February of 2006, she was hurt in an accident that left our Chelsea to face physical and mental challenges that most could not endure. But Chelsea knew that her journey was not yet complete. She chose to stay with us a little longer, to teach us invaluable lessons of prayer, faith, strength, and most importantly love. She completed her journey on April 30, 2007 to return to the arms of our Heavenly Father, to sing and dance with the angels, and to continue her work there. Until we can be together again as an eternal family, we love you Chelsea and will miss your perfect light.
Chelsea is survived by her mother and father, Richard K. Franklin and Wendy Franklin, as well as her brother T.J. and sisters McKena and Shayla. She also blessed the lives of her grandparents, aunts, uncles, and 19 cousins who will miss her beautiful smile and vibrant spirit.
Service will be held at the Syracuse Utah Bluff Stake Center 2350 W. 1900 S. Syracuse, Utah.
