The Times (Shreveport, Lousiana) 21 October 1990 Clinton Odis Weems Plain Dealing, LA. - Services for Clinton Odis Weems, 16, of Plain Dealing, LA will be held at 3:00 pm, Sunday October 21, 1990 at the Plain Dealing High School Gymnasium. Mr Charles Peirce will officiate. Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Bailey Mortuary, Plain Dealing. Clinton, a native and lifelong resident of Plain Dealing, passed away Friday, October 19 1990, near Magnolia, AR, following a traffic accident. He was a member of the Church of Christ and an eleventh grade student at Plain Dealing High School. He was a member of the Ark-La Hunting Club. Survivors include his parents, Odis and Gayla Gleason Weems of Plain Dealing; two sisters, Jodi Weems and Amy Weems, both of Plain Dealing; maternal grandparents , Lloyd and Madge Gleason of Plain Dealing; paternal great grandmother, Mattie Burns of Bradley, AR; a paternal great grandfather, Alfonzo Cooper of Gilliam, LA. Pallbearers will be Wayne Gleason, Clint Brown, Jimmy Burns, Lloyd Lyles, Anthony Weems, and Albert Lanius.
