Cynthia Ann (Swaintek) Moore Rayburn of North Little Rock, Arkansas United States was born on October 14, 1946 in Fort Worth, TX. She married Loyd Harold Moore on February 14, 1963 in Fort Worth, Tarrant County and they later divorced in Fort Worth. They had children Kimberly Ann Moore and Stephen Todd Moore. She also married Jerry Don Rayburn in 1972 in Fort Worth, Tarrant County. She was the parent of Keri Lynn Moore. Cynthia Moore died at age 72 years old on February 22, 2019 in North Little Rock, AR, and was buried on February 22, -2019 at North Little Rock, AR, USA.
