He is survived by his wife, Penny Lynn Kogler; mother, Jeannine Freisner; son, Shawn (Katie) Kogler; step-son, Lawrence Keating; daughter, Carrie (Brian) Cacia; grandchildren, Drew and Adam Kogler, Randi, Mariah and Jake Eccleston, Matteson and Alina Cacia; sister, Kathleen (Bill) Ellsworth; brothers, Kenneth (Suz-ie) Kogler, Edward (Midge) Kogler; several nieces and nephews; and many special friends.
David was a United States Marine Corp vet-eran, serving during the Vietnam War.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 21 from 4 to 7 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd., where Services will be held immediately following calling hours at 7 PM.
