Deborah Anne (West) Madoff was born on July 5, 1967 in New York City, New York County, New York United States to Douglas Leonard West and Susan Louise West, and has a brother Philip Samuel West. She married Andrew Howard Madoff in 1992 in New York City, New York County, and they were married until Andrew's death on September 3, 2014 at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center 1275 York Ave., in New York City. Deborah Madoff has children Anne West Madoff and Emily West Madoff.
