They had four daughters and one son, Michael Joseph White Leblanc (1967 - 1967).

    Diana L. Costa LeBlanc, 66, of Amarillo died Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2009. Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Cox-LaGrone Funeral Home Benton Chapel, 4180 Canyon Drive, with Jerry Bell officiating. Diana was born Nov. 27, 1942, in Auburn, N.Y., to Paul and Edith Costa. Her family moved to Ogdensburg, N.Y., in 1951, opening California Fruit Market, where Diana worked every day after school. She graduated from Ogdensburg Free Academy in 1961 and also graduated Central City Business Institute in Syracuse, N.Y. On Nov. 16, 1963, she married her high school sweetheart, James LeBlanc, in Ogdensburg. Mrs. LeBlanc and her family moved to Amarillo in 1974 and enjoyed a great life together. Her family was her life; she totally enjoyed her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She worked for Panhandle Community Services for 21 years as a bookkeeper/payroll clerk. She was also a very avid New York Yankees fan, and she was able to enjoy one of the last Yankees games played in the old Yankee Stadium last summer. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was eagerly awaiting the birth of two additional great-grandchildren due in October and November. The family wishes to express their thanks and gratitude to Baptist St. Anthony's Hospital, BSA Hospice and Don & Sybil Harrington Cancer Center, along with the numerous doctors and nurses for their care and concern for Diana during her illness. She was preceded in death by a son, Michael Joseph LeBlanc; her mother and father, Paul and Edith Costa; and a sister, Jeanne Elaine Costa. Survivors include her husband of 46 years, James E. LeBlanc; four daughters, Diana "DeeDee" Rios and husband Leonard, Jamie LeBlanc, Michelle LeBlanc and Jodie Christian and husband Farron; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a sister, Paula Randall of Manchester, N.H.; a brother, David Paul Costa of Manchester; and many other loved ones, including nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family suggests memorials be to BSA Hospice, P.O. Box 950 Amarillo, TX 79105. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. - Amarillo Globe-News, Aug. 13, 2009.
