Diane Charlotte Cook

Diane Charlotte (Janke) Cook was born on January 8, 1948 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania United States to Harold Arthur Janke and Doris Elizabeth Janke, and has siblings Donald Steven Janke, Donna Louise Terra, and David Harold Janke. She married John Paul Cook in 1971 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, and they were married until John's death on February 4, 2007 at Golden LivingCenter 432 Maple Ave., in Doylestown, Bucks County. Diane Cook has children Jennifer Diane Smith, Cynthia Diane Hoes, and Allison Eliza Cook.
