She married Samuel Craig Schrecengost on September 14, 1904 in Kittanning, Armstrong County. They had children Twila May (Schrecengost) Boggen-Vrabec, Merle James Schrecengost, Harriet Catherine (Schrecengost) Goldstrohm, and Leroy Ellsworth Schrecengost. She would also marry Franklin Jacob Craft on June 27, 1957. Edith Schrecengost died at age 89 years old on November 1, 1975.
