Samuel Craig Schrecengost 1878 - 1950

Samuel Craig Schrecengost was born on April 22, 1878 in Armstrong County, Pennsylvania United States to Benjamin Ury Schrecengost and Harriet Blackburn King, and had siblings Charles King Schrecengost, Hannah May (Schrecengost) Patrick, James Albert Schrecengost, Anna Jane (Schrecengost) Beer-Schall, and Benjamin Franklin Schrecengost. He married Edith Elmo (Waltenbaugh) Schrecengost on September 14, 1904 in Kittanning, Armstrong County, and had children Twila May (Schrecengost) Boggen-Vrabec, Merle James Schrecengost, Harriet Catherine (Schrecengost) Goldstrohm, and Leroy Ellsworth Schrecengost. Samuel Schrecengost died at age 72 years old on September 24, 1950 in Rose Valley, Armstrong County, and was buried in September 1950 at Salem United Church of Christ 316 Hills Church Road, in Kittanning.
