He had siblings Fanney Maria Pendlebury, George Henry Pendlebury Jr., Frank Pendlebury, Thomas Gould Pendlebury, Marion Alice Pendlebury Meyer, Charlotte Ellen Pendlebury, Mary Alice (Pendlebury) Gunn, and Charles Walter Pendlebury. He married Elizabeth Sara (Edwards) Pendlebury, and had children Edith Ellen Pendlebury and Albert Pendlebury. Edward Pendlebury died at age 77 years old on June 19, 1964 in Heidelberg, City of Banyule County.
