He had siblings Fanney Maria Pendlebury, George Henry Pendlebury Jr., Thomas Gould Pendlebury, Marion Alice Pendlebury Meyer, Charlotte Ellen Pendlebury, Mary Alice (Pendlebury) Gunn, Edward Henry Pendlebury, and Charles Walter Pendlebury. He married Lucy Evelyn Mcintosh in 1921, and had a child Ronald Pendlebury. Frank Pendlebury died at age 59 years old on June 3, 1952 in Bendigo, Greater Bendigo City County.
