She had siblings Reginald Charles Farrar, Emma Matilda Farrar, Nellie May Farrar, Percy Booth Farrar, and Harold Farrar. She married Thomas Haining Young in 1926, and had a child Nellie Haining Young. Eleanor Young died at age 83 years old on March 28, 1983.
