Uncover new discoveries and connections today by sharing about people & moments from yesterday.
  • Introduction

The Border Morning Mail and Riverina Times, Albury, N.SW. 10th June, 1911. CORRYONG. Regret is felt at the serious illness of Mrs. Eleanor Briggs, widow of the late Mr. James Briggs, of Cudgewa. Mrs. Briggs, is the mother of a large family of sons and daughters, who occupy prominent positions in the district. She came to Cudgewa with her late husband in the pioneer days, and has proved herself a real good friend to many of the residents, who now sadly miss the cheery and pleasant greeting of the old lady. Very little hope is entertained for her recovery.
