Elizabeth Bonfield (Holmes) Holmes of Heathcote, Sutherland Shire Council County, NSW Australia was born on May 28, 1910 in Korumburra, South Gippsland Shire County, VIC to John Carter Holmes and Ada Philippe Holmes. Elizabeth Holmes had siblings Vye Phillippe Carter Holmes, Daphne Marion Holmes, John Percival Holmes, and Isla Myrtle Holmes. She married Rupert Alfred Gay in 1929. She would also marry Nye Henry Holmes, and they had a child Emma Holmes. Elizabeth Holmes died at age 84 years old on March 10, 1995 in Heathcote, Greater Bendigo City County.
