She had siblings Edith Lily (Judge) Chambers, Florence Lindsay Judge, Elsie Vera Judge, Henry Judge, Ruby Hilda Judge, Albert Hilary Judge, Ernest Calvin Judge, and William Arthur Judge. She married Herbert John Norman Lockens in 1911, and had children Allen Francis Lockens, Jean Agnes Lockens, Daniel William Lockens, and Reginald Herbert Lockens. Ethel Lockens died at age 57 years old on November 3, 1943 in Notting Hill, City of Monash County.
