She had siblings Alfred John Hebuirn, Henrietta Elizabeth Hebuirn, Clara Miles, Thomas George Hepburn, and Amy Rosina (Hebuirn) Martin. She married Thomas Tulloch in 1899, and had children Alfred Eric Tulloch and Albert Edward Tulloch. Eunice Tulloch died at age 76 years old on April 23, 1945 in Ballarat, City of Ballarat County, VIC.
