Loved and loving wife of John ( dec.). Beloved mother of Marjorie ( dec.), Matthew and Christine. Cherished Nana and Great Nana. Loved sister of Clive, Viv, and Netta ( all dec. ) and Jack. Always in our hearts.

In 1910, in the year that Euralie Nella Margaret (Miller) Tippins was born, the Mann Act, also called the White-Slave Traffic Act, was signed into law. Its purpose was to make it a felony to engage in interstate or foreign commerce transport of "any woman or girl for the purpose of prostitution or debauchery, or for any other immoral purpose". But the language was so broad that it was also applied to consensual sex between adults when wished.

At the 11th Academy Awards in February 1939, Walt Disney won an Academy Honorary Award - a full-size Oscar statuette and seven miniature ones - for Snow White.
