Evan Rowland Stacey of Carl N Australia was born in 1856 at Middlesex St, in Greater London County, England United Kingdom to William Theodore Stacey and Mary Ann Elis (Owen) Stacey. He had siblings Mary Ann Elizabeth (Stacey) Motteram, Theodore Charles Stacey, Henry Evan "Harry" Stacey, and William Owen Stacey. He married Alice Hattie (Bailey) Stacey in 1887, and had children Evan Theodore Stacey and Alice Catherine (Stacey) Forrester. Evan Stacey died at age 70 years old in 1926 in Carl N Australia.
