Eve (Chilton) Weinstein was born on February 20, 1961 in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts United States to Maude (Urmston) Chilton and Thomas McLemore Chilton, and has siblings Thomas Harcourt Chilton, Cecily (Chilton) Matthai, Maude Stokes Chilton, Edmund Randolph Chilton, and Mariana Chilton. She married Harvey Weinstein on November 21, 1987 in New York City, New York County, New York and they later divorced in 2004 in New York City. They had children Lily Weinstein, Emma Weinstein, and Ruth Weinstein. She would also marry Salvatore Francis Martirano in 2009 in New York City, New York County.
