Eveline Ellen (Learey) Ballagh of Camperdown, Corangamite Shire County, VIC Australia was born in 1894 in Brighton East to William George Learey and Isabella Elizabeth Brewer Learey. She had siblings William Henry Learey, Mary Anne Bonham Learey, Grace Emily (Learey) Billing, Gilbert Wilford Learey, Francis David Learey, Ethel Martha Learey, Bertha Isabella Learey, Francis David Leary, George Thomas Learey, Albert John Learey, Horace Herbert Learey, Alfred Ernest Learey, and Alexander Robert Learey. She married William Fleming Ballagh in 1919, and had a child Eileen Isabelle Ballagh. Eveline Ballagh died at age 91 years old in 1986 in Camperdown.
