Farquhar Mcrae of Lang Australia was born in 1860 in Lang to Duncan Mcrae and Flora Paterson McRae. He had siblings James Mcrae, Alexander Mcrae, Christopher Mcrae, John Alexander Mcrae, Duncan Mcrae, Catherine Gibson, Robert Stewart Mcrae, and Donald McRae. He married Annie Ritchie Mcrae, and had children Florence Annie Mcrae, Malcolm Ritchie Mcrae, and Jean Mcrae. Farquhar Mcrae died at age 83 years old on June 30, 1944 in St Albans, City of Brimbank County, VIC.
