Frances Henrietta Lefoe was born in 1900 to Jane Emma (Crisfield) Lefoe and Charles Nicol Lefoe, and had siblings Jane Louisa Lefoe, Albert Charles Lefoe, Ellen Frances Lefoe, William Alban Lefoe, Walter Edgar Lefoe, Mary Frances (Lefoe) Gillman, Alice May Lefoe, and John Frances Lefoe. Frances Lefoe died at age 2 years old in 1902.
