Frances Isabelle (Younger) Hall was born in March 1833 in Lee's Summit, Jackson County, Missouri United States to Henry Washington Younger and Bursheba Sullivan (Fristoe) Younger, and had siblings Jim Younger, Bob Younger, Cole Younger, Henretta Younger Crawley, Laura Helen Younger, Martha Ann (Younger) Jones, Charles Richard Younger, Mary Josephine (Younger) Jarrette, Caroline Younger Clayton, Sarah Ann (Younger) Duncan, Alphae Younger, John Harrison Younger, and Emily Jane (Leach) Younger. Frances Hall died at age 69 years old on August 8, 1902 in Lee's Summit.
