John Harrison Younger was born in 1851 in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri United States to Henry Washington Younger and Bursheba Sullivan (Fristoe) Younger, and had siblings Jim Younger, Bob Younger, Cole Younger, Henretta Younger Crawley, Laura Helen Younger, Frances Isabelle (Younger) Hall, Martha Ann (Younger) Jones, Charles Richard Younger, Mary Josephine (Younger) Jarrette, Caroline Younger Clayton, Sarah Ann (Younger) Duncan, Alphae Younger, and Emily Jane (Leach) Younger. John Younger died at age 22 years old on March 17, 1874 in Roscoe, St. Clair County.
