Frances (Murray) Menogue was born in 1866 to William Sommerville Murray and Lucy Annetta (Carter) Murray, and had siblings John Samuel Murray, Sommerville Murray, William Henry Murray, and Lucy Emily Elizabeth (Murray) Dolby. She married Laurence Joseph Menogue, and had children Thomas Somerville Menogue, Olive Elizabeth (Menogue) Kohn, Gladys Frances Menogue, Albert Barton Menogue, and Eileen Russell. Frances Menogue died at age 83 years old on October 2, 1950, and was buried at Brighton General Cemetery in Caulfield South, Glen Eira City County, VIC Australia.
