    Frank's parents were Nicola Megaro (1883-1954) and Antonetta Ciccone (1884-1964) He had six sisters He married Edith B Baird (1904-1990) in May 1924 in New Jersey (Edith was born Feb 26 1904 in Belfast Ireland and petitioned for naturalization after she married Frank. She stated that she immigrated to the US on Jan 24 1923 on the SS Assyria) On his WW2 draft registration card, Frank was living in NJ, age 46, married to Edith, owned his own business in NJ, was 5 ft 7 in and 210 lbs, had brown hair, brown eyes, and a ruddy complexion. According to a 1974 article in The Belleville Times (NJ) Frank was the originator of the Cherry Blossom Festival, held every year in Branch Brook Park, NJ
