Frank Williams, 1942, WW II effort
Frank Williams, who worked on the car repair tracks at an Illinois Central Railroad yard. He moved from Pocahontas, Mississippi to Chicago ILL with 8 children, 2 of whom entered the US Army. At home and abroad, the Williams family was a part of the war effort.
