    GLADYS MARKERT Services for Gladys Markert, 71, a former member of the Radio City Music Hall public relations staff, will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow at the Munson Lovetere funeral home, Southbury, Conn. Miss Markert was the sister of Russell Markert, founder of the Music Hall's famed Rockettes troupe. Miss Markert, who lived in Heritage Village, Southbury, died Sunday at Waterbury (Conn.) Hospital.
