Gladys Pearl Monroe Baker c. 1902 - 1984

Gladys Pearl (Monroe) Baker was born circa May 27, 1902 in Piedras Negras, Coahuila Mexico. She married John Newton Baker on May 17, 1917 and they later divorced on May 11, 1923. They had children Robert Baker and Berniece Baker. She was the parent of Berniece Inez Gladys (Baker) Miracle, and Marilyn Monroe. Gladys Baker died at age 81 years old on March 11, 1984 in Gainesville, Florida US, and was buried in March 1984 at cremated - location of ashes is unknown in Gainesville.
