Glenna Celia (Poe) Layman was born in 1906 to Elbert Severe Poe, and had siblings James Gordon Poe, Virginia Sally Poe, Chester Harvey Poe, and Elna (Poe) Gaddy. She was in a relationship with John Layman, and had children Janet Elaine Layman Brown and Janet Elaine (Layman) Brown. Glenna Layman died at age 91 years old in 1997.
