    The Mercury Hobart. Tasmania. 27th December 1876. MARRIAGES BAUMGARTEN- DAWSON. On the 30th November, at St. Peter's Church, East Melbourne, by the Rev. H. H. P. Handfield, Gustav Lewis Baumgarten, of Pleasant Banks, Barnawartha, to Catherine Ellen, eldest daughter of the late William Lee Dawson, F. R. C. S. William Baumgarten, Gustave Baumgarten, Samuel Kennedy, John Studders and William Cooke, were again charged with stealing five horses, the property of James Whitty, farmer of Moyhu. Louisa Dawson lived with Gustave Baumgarten at Barnawartha, and was his wife's sister. Remembered some men coming to the house on the mourning of the 30th August. Baumgarten, a Barnawartha vigneron, was charged at the Chiltern Police Court to-day, with being concerned in the conveyance of spirits upon which the full duty had not been paid. Mr. Baumgarten and his five sons have each taken up 2500 acres of land on Cooroorah resumption, to the North of Moonie country. Each member of the family is establishing a distinct and separate homestead, and they have 700 head of cattle already en route from Victoria. The live stock has been conveyed as far as Coonamble, N.S.W., the nearest point at which the railway approaches their new home, and they travel thence via Moonie Valley. Sixty-four selectors are desirous of securing land in the Moonie country. The Brisbane Courier. Queensland. 5th October 1912. IN THE SUPREME COURT OF QUEENSLAND. Notice is hereby given that, after the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the publication hereof, application will be to this Honourable Court that PROBATE of the WILL of the above named Gustav Louis Baumgarten, deceased, may be granted to CATHERINE ELLEN BAUMGARTEN, of Moolan Downs, aforesaid Widow, and HERBERT GUSTAV DAWSON BAUMGARTEN, of the same place, Grazier, the Executors
