    Helen Poplowski Seminara,88,of Howell died Monday,Dec. 17,2007 at home. Born in Brooklyn,N.Y.,Mrs. Seminara lived in Marlboro for many years,before moving to Villages community in Howell, 36 years ago. Mrs. Seminara was employed as an inspector at Ft. Monmouth during WWII. She also a Girl Scout leader and PTA member when she lived in Marlboro. She was predeceased by her husband,Salvatore,who died on the 6th of December and a sister,Sophie Walch. Surviving are three daughters,Kathleen Mersinger of Cedar Grove,Linda Stevenson of West Belmar and Patricia Seminara of Woodstock,N.Y.,and three grandchildren,Erik and Aubree Stevenson and Drew Mersinger. Services will begin at 9:30 A.M. Friday,at Lester Memorial Home,16 W. Church St.,Jamesburg,followed by a 10 A.M. Funeral Liturgy at St. James R.C. Church,Jamesburg. Burial will be at St. James Cemetery,Jamesburg. Visiting hours for family and friends will be 8:30 A.M.-9:30 A.M. Friday,at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers,contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association.
