Henry Jaynes Fonda was born on May 16, 1905 in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska United States. He and Afdera Franchetti married on March 9, 1957 in New York City, New York County and they later divorced on April 14, 1950 in New York City. He and Shirlee Mae Fonda married on December 3, 1965 in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California, and they were married until Henry's death on August 12, 1982 in Los Angeles.
