Henry Zartman was born on July 16, 1808 in York County, Pennsylvania United States to John Peter Zartman and Elizabeth (Bowman) Zartman, and had siblings Peter Barker Zartman, Solomon Bowman Zartman, David Zartman, Catherine (Zartman) Stambaugh, and Susan B. (Zartman) Stambaugh. Henry Zartman died at age 53 years old on May 16, 1862.
