He had siblings George Robert Bean, Leonard Melville Bean, Beryl Ada May Bean, Doris Emily Jane Bean, Arthur James Warner Bean, Edna Elsie Jean Bean, Albert George Bean, Ernt Herbert Wells Bean, and Albert George Bean. Herbert Bean died at age 63 years old in 1980 in Fitzroy.
