An early pioner. Twice accross the plains. Marysviulle CA. Lakes Crossing (now Reno) NV. ( lost a dau there in a mill race). Viginia City, Philipsburg, Missoula, Dear Lodge and Columbas Montana. Horace and his wife Elizabeth Payne are buried at Dear Lodge.
