Howard L. Williams 1960 - 2007

Howard L Williams of Texarkana, Bowie County, TX was born on May 9, 1960. He married Lillian (James) Williams on September 9, 1982 in Gonzales County, TX and they later separated on June 20, 1984 in Harris County. He married Sharon D. (Stills) Williams on April 25, 1986 in Harris County and they later separated on July 23, 1990. He and Sandra (Gibson) Williams married on February 14, 1999 in Harris County and they later separated on May 17, 2006. Howard Williams died at age 46 years old on January 25, 2007.
