Add Memories, Stories & Photos about Jack

I want to know if he was adopted at a young age, and if so his actual birth name.
I am his biological daughter and never met him, so any help is appreciated, thank you.

Hey Christine - what is your mother's name? I checked a few sources and get conflicting information when searching for Jack. Also, do you know if he lived his younger years in Missouri? Just trying to help but before I add to his biography I want to make sure we have the right Jack O'Leary!

While I likely won't be able to answer your question, the more details on a biography the higher the likelihood that someone who knows will discover this page.
