James Michael Cooney 1871 - 1942

James Michael Cooney of Caulfield, City of Glen Eira County, VIC Australia was born in 1871 in Collingwood, City of Yarra County to James Cooney and Catherine Sweeney Cooney. He had siblings Annetta Cooney, Hubert Patrick Cooney, Thomas Cooney, Mary Hannah Cooney, Catherine Grace Cooney, Francis Joseph Cooney, John Joseph Cooney, and Edward Augustine Cooney. He married Catherine Veronica (Oreilly) Cooney in 1899, and had children Mary Veronica Cooney, James Francis Cooney, Hubert Joseph Cooney, Kathleen Mary Cooney, Leo Malachy Cooney, Thomas Joseph Cooney, and Thomas Joseph Cooney. James Cooney died at age 70 years old on January 20, 1942 in Caulfield, City of Glen Eira County.
